I am directed by Secretary Sir E. Grey to transmit
herewith for the information of Mr. Secretary Bonar Law,
copies of a despatch from His Majesty's Consul General at
San Francisco regarding the disposal of the antimony and
hides imported into San Francisco from China by German
firms.
I am to ask whether this Department can be furnished
with the details of shipments at Hong Kong for which
Mr. Ross asks in the last paragraph of his despatch.
